I am a curious guy from Sweden newly introduced to the concept Learning
Organization. As many others I got inspired by reading "The Fifth
Discipline" by Peter Senge.
I am working as a consultant with Software Engineering and hope to be able
to integrate the wisdoms in connection with LO:s I've retained recently
with my everyday work and hopefully inspire my fellow colleaguesand my
company.
As a first step I'll try to dig deeper into Team Learning.
