Tom, thanks for coming back to tell us about this, for your openness to
listen in the first place, and for coming back now. Things like this are
the real purpose of this learning-org facility.

I'm always curious what it is that separates these situations (where
someone is open and comes to take a new view) vs. those in which no change
takes place.
