Thanks, Mike, for your reply. I am especially attracted to your last
seven words: "enable exploration by synthesis rather than analysis". This
thought is as wonderfully mysterious (almost ineffable) as it is concrete
and built upon our wonderful list ideas.
I may have typed these verses from Rumi some months ago, but I do so again
in light of your prompting words. It is with a sense of smallness and
humility that I act as the poet's proxy on this list some 700 years after
he died and was buried in Konya, Turkey:
Inside wisdom, a bright-flowing, analytic power.
Inside love, a friend.
One a psychic source, the other plain water.
Walk out into the indications
of where you must go.
