In addition to being a recap, as Jim has said, of the Nevis, DiBella,
Gould article, the session also introduced participants to an
Organizational Learning Inventory based on the research cited in the
article. I have more information on that Inventory, which is being made
available through GKA (Gould-Kreutzer Associates), if you are interested.
