I think the concept of "open presentation" is also a good one. And I
think, as you have shown, that open presentations are least successful in
envorinments that don't contribute to openness. The same could be said
for certain kinds of organizations, don't you know...

But I think that in the business world, at least, we are, at last,
discovering that openness is a necessity. And I think that's the reason
that open presentations (what I call "soft presentations") are making
more sense to more people. And I further believe that as this openness
demonstrates its commercial viability (and the Internet will have a lot
to do with making this happen), perhaps we can reach back to those
teachers and those classrooms and provide them with technical and social
support for their innovative approaches to open learning.
