Making TQM the Mind-set LO2975

I am working with a customer who wants to implement continuous improvement
as the mind set and way of doing business in their oerganization. What
ideas does anyone have for successfully taking an organization from some
awareness of the C.I. paradigm, concepts, and tools to making these their
internal frame of reference? I have specifically not identified the
customer's industry because I want everyone to know that any ideas from
any experience base are welcome. Thanks everybody for your help.
