Specifications
1. Papers should be NO MORE than 22 PAGES in length including title page,
abstracts, exhibits, figures, and footnotes.
2. Place the author's name only on the title page.
3. The title page should include the complete address and fax number of each
author.
4. Please submitt four copies of the paper and six copies of the title page and
abstract, using one inch margins and a 12-pitch font.
