delighted with the idea of regional LO groups, and I will happily
distribute announcements about these forming. But, there will need to be a
way to communicate after an initial announcement here. I fear that if we
start getting lots of messages saying "Yes, I'd like to participate" on
this world-wide list, these will make pretty boring reading for most
subscribers.
