Dear colleague,

A brief response for now.

Congratulationsto you for having the wisdom and courage to take on a large
scale participatory approach. My current practice in OD/OT is primarily
focused on large scaale wholer sysyems change.
There are many ways to skin a frog (I have cats so I can't use that
metaphor!). Some models that I have worked with and might be good for you to
know about are:

Future Search (Weisbord and Janoff)
Conference Model (Dick Axelrod)
Real-Time Strategic Change (Jacobs/Dannemiller-Tyson)
Each has particulaar strengths and weaknesses.

The Jacobs book by the same name provides a wonderful in-depth discussion
of the advantages and drawbacks of various strategies.
