What does Career Management look like in a learning based organization?
Are organizations incorporating career management tools for their people
to work on at a self paced level for both inhouse promotional
opportunities and outplacement needs? With the workplace in so much flux,
and outplacement packages so expensive, how do learning organizations
address this arena and what techniques are utilized to incorporate more of
an entrepreneurial attitude on the part of the worker?
