Yeah, I agree. A driving force that I'd like to add is known by many
different names. Some people call it, "making a difference," "changing the
status quo," or whatever.

I think it could also be, "making a contribution to other people."

One thing about being "true to themselves" that I notice is that it seems
to be great for people if they ALREADY "fit into" the organization. Then
they can be themselves and be true to themselves and they will still be
accepted. That's a great quality.
