It wasn't just the sheer poetry of your mail that drove me to respond, but
a very real sense of sharing the "been there, done that."

I grew up in Rhodesia. When Rhodesia became Zambia great internal and
external changes were mandatory. We fled the country to save our lives. I
agree with you -- assumimg that change is only a *corporate* thing is
eroneous.

Change is and will always be very personal....
