Reference, please? I asked at the local bookstore, but they
couldn't find that title. Can you send me the full title,
author, ISBN, etc. so I have a fighting chance of finding
this?

I was immediately struck by the title; having worked at HP
for so long, and heard so much about Management by Wandering
Around (it isn't even said here anymore, just the acronym is
spelled out: "Have you done any em-bee-double-yew-aying this
week?"), the idea of actually using stories in wandering
around really grabs me. At one point, one colleague
described our work as "Corporate Itinnerant Storytellers" --
a phrase I really liked.

Thanks,
tt
