Argyris is an exellent writer. In addition you may find these interesting:

John Coopey: The Learning Organization, Power, Politics and Ideology,=20
in Management Learning vol. 26. no. 2 1995. Coopey is challenging vital
parts of the LO litterature as it is today, and Senge in particular.=20

Aristotle: Ethics. (Penguin Classics, 1955, 1976). see book VI
"Intellectual Virtues". The term phronesis holds this intersubjective
search for truth we= =20 today may understand as integrity. 2400 years old
- still very present !

Have a nice day=20
