Has anyone had success with this type of attempt. This sounds like what I
am trying to achieve, but not having much success. Corporation is
initiating some quality-related programs. However reengineering was
implemented at one SBU and is currently "falling apart". This observation
by our SBU has made "reengineering" a dirty word. Yet no one really seems
to know why the implementation failed. Any input/success stories would be
greatly appreciated.
