In her response to my reference to Susan Forster's materials on Enneagrams
in business, Carol Anne Ogden seems to have assumed that I was advocating
the enneagram rather than merely passing along a reference. Please make no
mistake! I do not advocate the Enneagram--or the MBTI--for use in
business. My own observations on MBTI use for team learning or whatever,
is that it is widely misused and thus likely to limit learning.
Carol Anne's opinions about Forster's work based on her direct experience
in a conference adds some useful opinion to my simple reference.
