There is a lot of information about the role of the supervisor and what
makes a good supervisor etc.
What about a Department head for example who supervises 5 or 6
supervisors? We have been talking somewhat about leadership and the
qualities of leadership, whether they are born or developed etc. and I am
wondering how a supervisor of supervisors trains good supervisors? What
thoughts do you all have?
