I like this shift. For many of us, growth does not necessarily mean in
size. Instead, it may refer to developing greater skills, more efficient
ways to do the job, etc. It is this sense of growth that the word
"evolve" means to me. Because it is less ambiguous, "evolve" seems to be
the better word choice to express this type of growth.
