My name is Pascal KRUPKA, I'm living in Normandy (France) and I'm
researcher about Organization Development. My interest is on Learning
organization and I will be very please if some people can help me to
answer this question :

Is there a universally agreed definition of Learning Organization or does
it mean differents things to different people ?
