My name is Jose-Antonio Espin (you can call me Pepe). Currently I'm
working at Monterrey Institue of Technology (ITESM) at Cuernavaca, Mexico
as an Assistant Professor at Industrial Engineering Department. My main
interest on Organizational Learning is to relate it with the creation of a
sustainable competitive advantage by creating core competencies (Prahalad
and Hamel). As of today, I have only been reviewing bibliography on the
