Organizational Culture Index that may be of help to you. We co-authored a
chapter on this subject--actually, it focuses on making organizational
culture conscious in order to facilitate holistic learning--in a
forthcoming book entitled, Managing So Organizations Learn (Blackwell
Publishers, in production), which was co-edited by Steve Cavaleri and
David Fearon. I have another chapter in the same book that ties togethr
creativity and organizational learning.
