I have painted a picture for the client of what they are doing now.
This can be thought of as the vision from a few years ago. Usually
this results in some soul-searching, lots of questioning and more
openness to change as in "I guess that REALLY IS what we are and I
can see that we could do better...". It is no silver bullet because
there is still lots of resistance. But arguing about what we are has
less variability than arguing about what we could be!
