Friends - one of the elements that I hope learning organizations will
emphasize is the simple value of a "thank you". These words are
underused in organizations, in society, in life. Let me take this space
and time to say "THANK YOU, RICHARD KARASH - FOR YOUR LEADERSHIP" with this
list. I know my thoughts are consistent with my 1200+ list participants.

-----
Host's Note: Thank you, Doug, for this note of appreciation. I am getting
tremendous satisfaction in the Learning-org list both from what I'm
learning in the dialog and from the notes which I've received from many
of you.

The Learning-org list celebrates it's birthday soon -- We went live on
June 29, one year ago. Thanks to all of you for your contributions to
making Learning-org what it is.
