Hello all,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Paran T. Daman and I am a
doctoral student at the University of Arkansas. I'm in the process of
doing my dissertation on the job attributes that are perceived to be
important by the Residence Life and Dining Services here at the campus.
I'm having trouble findings sources on similar studies made in the
aforementioned area. Most of the studies have been done with
manufacturing industry and those that dealt with service industry stayed
clear from the educational institutions (I found some that dealt with
housekeeping in the hotel industry). I would appreciate it very much if
someone could point me in the right direction as to where I could find
studies pertaining to my topic. Thank you all.
