Replying to LO1143 --

Tom, I appreciate that your comments are coming from someone who
actually has to make the decision to pay and how. From that
perspective, the decision is part of your expression and the "right"
one cannot be anything except what expresses your theories, beliefs,
values, feelings, etc. My assumption is that you are proceeding the
way that you say you are because it fits with your way of seeing the
world.

For me to point out "flaws" would be inappropriate. There will be
problems - not necessarily flaws - because its a human system. The
actual results will point to any "flaws". My only coaching in the
matter is to stay open to the dialogue and information that will have
you be aware and deal with whatever comes up.

For me, the idea of organisational learning (and personal learning)
is that life will tell us what it wants. Each thing we do, then, is
an action that will generate its own information, its own learning,
and thus be an interim step rather than a (final) answer.

Good luck,
Michael McMaster
