Hewlett-Packard. And, consider HP as an industry leader.
Joe recently shared an assessment of an IEEE Transactions on Engineering
Management, Feb. 1995 article, titled "A Process Model for Packaged
Software Development." It's not exactly what you are looking for, but may
be part of a series that will give you ideas.
