On the language issue, I would like to suggest to do something for
ourselves and to put together a glossary of terms used frequently in
discussions of this list. Due to very wide spectrum of interests and
specialities of the list participants, I believe that sometimes
valuable discussions become very difficult to follow.

At this stage I don't know about the details of how to go about it. With
the contribution of the list members and by using different Internet
facilities (e-mail, ftp, www) we should be able to do it in a fairly short
time. Once the glossary is put together it may be linked to LO home page
at world.std.com www server.

I would like to hear your ideas on this issue.

Host's Note: I have the www, gopher, and ftp facilities in place that
could handle these or any other documents anyone would like to make
available to the learning organization community. Email proposed
documents to me.

On building a glossary -- I propose that we start by using the subject
line "Def -- word" to discuss definitions relevant to learning
organizations. Once a conclusion emerges, I'll be happy to put that in a
permanent reservoir.
