I would have to add that some organizations choose not to be the best in
all areas - they MUST trade-off or they will dilute their efforts. This is
the essence of success in visioning. It IS possible to have a great shared
vision that causes the company to fail. It also needs to be aimed in the
right direction AND EXECUTED in a superior fashion....
