I understand you have a number of "installations" of SimView software in
organizations across Australia. Have you been able to observe and perhaps
document how using this tool has affected how the organization is going
about learning...ie is using the information generated to affect strategic
planning and decision making.Or has affected the way they view information
at all. Can Simview be used collectively or in small groups or teams to
develop new mental models about the organizational dynamics? What is the
effect of this modeling having on existing mental models? Are they more
easily challenged? These are some questions that come to my mind.
