This pertains to subscribing to the CHANGE list.
I tried this today (sending message to Majordomo@lists.mindspring.com) and
I got the same result I got the last time I tried it, which was: your
message has been referred to the list manager as the list may be closed or
your request to subscribe may need to be approved by the manager.
The last time I did this was a good three weeks ago and I never heard
anything again, so if anyone has any better luck than I did, please let me
know.
