Resistance to Change -- A Computer Model LO776

I've watched (lurked?) as the resistance to change discussion has gone on
for the last couple of weeks.

For those who are interested, I've got a STELLA model (runs on the Mac and
should run under STELLA/iThink for Windows) of the psychology of
resistance to change in individuals and organizations.

I'd be happy to send a copy of the paper I wrote on the model (and a copy
of the model itself if you mail me a Mac formatted disk) to anyone who
requests it.

I need to send you a hard copy of the paper because the graphs and
diagrams do not want to wend their way to the Internet via my access
provider. Please e-mail me with your postal address if you want a copy of
the paper.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned the model on this list before (I know that
I've mentioned it on the BPR list).

Host's Note: Peter did mention this model here, but it was several months
ago when the list was 1/3 it's present size (1050 subscribers).

Peter, would you follow-up your own message with a note about what
you learned from the model or the model-building exercise?

Stella and iThink are system-dynamics type model building packages from
