I believe that what Charles relates is very real. Many of the people
will buy into the change but there is a faction that never will. I
initiated a major change in operations that involved turning out the lights
of the smaller computer center in the head office location of a company.
We run the operation from a larger center. The people in that city
still refuse to acknowledge the success of the project.

We had to remove the blockers but the armchair quarterbacks are still
taking pot shots even though it is over two years since the change was
completed!
