Thanks for the eloquent examples of blending and balancing in
relationships as an option in response to "attack" or "resistance". I can
certainly see a resonance between the eastern "internal" arts and the
concepts of "inquiry" and "mental models" as promoted in the learning
organization literature. The impact of curiosity coupled with the desire
to continue learning from everyone and everything is incredible.
