L-O Folks,

The description "resistance to change" suggest to me a view of change that
has a unidirectional quality. Reading the "I CHING" enabled me to shift
my mental model from pushing for change to understanding that that change
is the result of the interaction of two forces.

I very much enjoy the thoughtful quality of this list.
