I've been enjoying the discussion (and sometimes dialogue) on the list for a
few months, occasionally posting. Its about time I introduced myself.

I'm Bill Eureka, a Learning Coach at Herman Miller Inc. We have been
exploring the learning organization pathway for some time now. As one of a
number of Learning Coaches, I support a portion of the organization in the
journey.

I've been at this for a little over a year. Prior to that I was a consultant
for seven years. I did a lot of work in quality improvement, as well as
strategic planning, business process improvement, innovation and product
development. Some of this was pioneering work in Quality Function Deployment
(QFD). After working with 125+ companies I've had some very diverse
experiences.

Prior to that works at GM for 18 years in manufacturing and engineering.

My interests include integrating systems thinking into the day to day
thinking of people in business, from the workers to the leaders.

Of particular interest to me is organizational memory. I've been following
the "Corporate Knowledge Repository" discussion with great interest. My
literature searches have yielded a lot of theory, but not much practice.

I look forward to participating in the thought provoking discussions here.
