The question I would like to pose to each of you is:
What idea(s) in the text caused you to significantly change the way you
think about management and organizations?
With the HOST'S permission I would request that you send your responses
directly to me. If I like some of your ideas, I would like to use them in
my report (with full citation and your permission of course).
Cheers,
Nikos

Host's Note: I suggest we reply directly to Nick on this one. And, Nick
would you summarize your results here? Thanks!
I'll start you off with a brief story: Someone told me they were having
trouble getting through Senge's book. Told me, "Don't know what's the
matter. I keep it on the table beside my bed, but I just can't seem to
make much headway." I suggested that it might not be a bedside book!
