Your explanation on Australia Post called my attention to the threates,
opportunities and sollutions being experienced by that Corporation, which
is similar to the situation we face nowadays at the Brazilian Post.

Due to it, we chose the way of inserting Learning Organization filosophy
in our company, so that its capacity of learning through its own
experiences can be increased, as well as its adaptability to changes,
considering the most objective aspects of human behavior.

Inferring that something analogous can be occurring in others
international postal administrations and certain that information change
can contribute to the development of our human resources, we would like
