George, I know you are familiar with Eric Vogt's conferences on
Organizational Learning (I believe we met there some years ago). This past
year, he invited RainbowHawk and WindEagle to lead a day in ceremonial
time. At the end of the day, we held a dialogue in Council form on
organizational learning. I found it to be a highly respectful form of
interaction among peers, designed to elicit and incorporate many different
points of view.
