We are a management consulting firm operating from New York, LA and Paris.
We work with large scale organizations commited to a path of learning. We
help these organizations bring learning to the strategizing/planning
process and help them grow strategists.

A Fortune 500, for whom we cannot work presently because we are bound by a
non-compete agreement with another company, has asked us to recommend a
resource/ expert that could help them "assess organizational talent" (in
their own words) and its match with their upcoming challenges.

At this preliminary stage, it sounds like what the client wants is
consulting and coaching to help them assess organizational competencies
and knowledge, as well as consulting and coaching for helping them come up
with a plan for managing their intellectual capital.

They have already been through all of the systems thinking, etc...
seminars, and are not interested in the theory of learning, but
in developing practical applications.
