Dialogue Models LO446

I have two questions:

1. Does anyone have techniques they will share or point me
to that describe how to get the dialogue model described by
Senge to work?

2. Are there any other dialogue models out there which are also
useful? And that you would be willing to share.

In reading Senge's material I keep coming back to the "Getting to Yes"
model developed in the Harvard Negotiation Project. I also find
myself drawn back to the Process Consultation model described
by Edgar Schein.

Am I missing something?

I am willing to summarize what I receive and post it to the list.

Host's Note:
Scott Peck's notion of community seems pretty closely related to the
results that Senge and Bill Isaacs talk about through dialogue.
