Replying to LO410 --

You suggest we "get practical" with implementing a Learning ORganization and
one facet would be a knowledge repository.

I propose to start a list, plus short description of the components of a
knowledge repository. I'd love to see others add to this.

"Bios"--biographical sketches, resumes, profiles of competencies. These are
often kept by any consulting organization or research organization. When
available online and accessible through key word search, they can be
invaluable for finding the right kind of knowledge.

Project debriefs--a kind of "what did we learn" and "what would we do
differently" profile for projects. Again, in a consulting organization,
these are invaluable for two reasons: 1) These serve as "qualification
statements" in proposals; and 2) If perused by others starting related
projects, the "what would we do differently" can reduce ineffective actions.

How about others?
