Yes, I do. One of the best resources for managing complexity, with a very
practical, managerial bent to it is "Cybernetics: A New Management Tool, by
Barry Clemson.

I've been researching the tools and methods for managing complexity for
over a decade, have about 50 Mbyte of research notes, some of which in
French, and je serais content de contribuer a votre projet.
