Gregory Bateson's "Steps to an Ecology of Mind" has some good models.
I'm not sure what you mean by the words you listed.
My definitions of some of them are:
Generative - Changes in beliefs and capabilities

An example of a belief would be:
When they get smart, they'll understand.
Belief - "They" are not smart.

Who needs consultants and learning resources?
Belief - No one needs consultants and learning resources.

An example of a capability would be the ability to be happy
most of the time or to learn to spell a word backwards, forwards
and upside down.

Creativity - Scientific Induction - The ability to take a group
of causes and find a common effect or to take a group of ideas
and find a similarity.

I'm not sure Bateson's books discuss Creativity or Induction. It
is supposed to be a very rare thing in the world. I guess you
could call it similar to a black box. Nobody really knows the
structure of it.

The type of model you will use depends on what you want to do with
and what results you want. Bateson's model was built on the idea
that there were different levels of personal change. Problems
occurred when people got those levels mixed up. To change the
person in a useful direction (useful to whom?) all they had to
do was change the person's logical levels.

My understanding is a bit simplistic though and I seem to overuse
this model (maybe it's because I don't know of others?).
