I am fired up to have found out about this list.
A Brief Background --
I am a professional speaker who delivers empowerment seminars. I use
experiential education as a learning tool.
I also am the Vice President of sales of a soft skills training provider.
Our classes include teambuilding, management skills, leadership and
customer service. The uniqueness of my company however is the fact that
we also have a consulting division that makes sure that the systems,
processes and structures of a company support the training that is being
delivered in the soft skills area.
Many consultants have called our foundation course "step 1" for a company
that is looking to build a learning organization.
I have joined the list because I know just enough about the learning
organization to be dangerous. I really have no idea about which topics
will interest me.
