I am a doctoral student at George Mason University in Virginia. I have
been interested in systems thinking for approx. 10 years and was
introduced to Senge's framework in 1992 as a Quality Management Trainer
for the National Institues of Health. I am very intersted in doing a
dissertation on some aspect of organizational learning. I would like to
network with others who have completed research on this model especially
