Having read the last 130 or so messages, I'm ready to introduce myself.
I've just completed a book which explores the area of "organisational
intelligence" from the perspective of complexity theory as being developed
at the Santa Fe Institute and postmodernism. I am an executive educator
and consultant on organisational design and management practices. I am a
founder of The Praxis Group which is co-sponsoring the conferences
"Complexity and Strategy: The Intelligent Organisation" in San Francisco
and London. The questions that interest me are the preconditions of
learning, organisation for learning, and the role of language and dialogue
in those. I will be bringing approaches based in complexity and
postmodernism to all my dialogue here.
