Linking L.O. to business results LO41

In response to Joe Podolsky's request for info linking the L.O. approach
to business results, I came across a research paper with some interesting
statistics to that effect, linking to factors such as cost control,
profit, quality, and a few others. Here is the reference: Snetsinger,D.

I994. I'm afraid that I don't know how to reach them , but I am sure that
