Tuition, Discounts and Payment:
Individual tuition for the conference is $1,750. Teams of three or more from
the same organization receive a 20% tuition discount ($1,400 each). External
consultants are invited to attend as team members, paired with one or more of
their present clients.
Tuition fees are payable by check or corporate purchase order to
Kellner-Rogers & Wheatley, Inc., P.O. Box 1407, Provo, Utah 84603 (EIN
87-0476157).
Lodging:
Lodging reservations are the responsibility of the participant and can be
made directly with Sundance's Central Reservations (1-800-892-1600). A credit
card number for one night's lodging per room deposit is required at time of
booking along with a portage charge of $4 per room. Be sure to mention
Kellner-Rogers & Wheatley, Folio # 100540, and the conference dates to access
group discount rates and blocked rooms. You are not considered confirmed at
the conference until your hotel reservations are made. Full prepayment of
rooms and tax is due 21 days prior to arrival. Rates are:
Sundance Accommodations Nightly
* Deluxe Room/Junior Suite (37 available) $195.00
* Standard (20 available) $142.00
If you would like to arrive before the session begins or depart after it
ends, we have arranged with Sundance for a special group discount for your
lodging on a space-available basis.

Air Transportation:
Sundance is located 55 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport.
Salt Lake City is currently serviced by ten major airlines and is Delta
Airline's western hub.
Ground Transportation:
Shuttle service from the airport can be arranged through Sundance Resort. The
current rate is $50.00 per person one way and is scheduled through Sundance
Guest Services at 1-800-892-1600. Group rates are approximately $150.00 per
van and can also be scheduled through Sundance Group Services.
We have negotiated a special discount through Payless Car Rental should you
want to rent a car. You may contact Payless at 1-800-327-3631. If you
reference "The Self Organizing Systems Conference," you will receive a 10%
discount on the car of your choice.
