I am responsible for the technical training of the selling staff in a
leading department store in Switzerland.
After the introduction of a new cash register system we had to train a large
number of people within a very short time.
I am interested in sharing experience how other stores handle similar
educational situations and what methods they use (CBT, Video films, written
manuals etc.).
If possible I would like to establish personal contacts with company
representatives in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area.
