Intro -- Dan Madison LO6

I am a consultant and part-time faculty member at St. Mary's College in
Moraga, Ca. My consulting work has been mostly involved in reengineering
and team development. Currently, I have been working in public
organizations, such as the Cities of San Jose, Milipitas, Anaheim, and
Menlo Park. I see the work that I am doing as having a major overlap with
many of the learning organization's concepts. I am wishing to share my
observations, ask questions, and participate in a learning forum that
furthers this work and its development.
